Note:
* Still, the bus operates at an unfixed frequency. In off season, you need to wait for about 40 minutes for departure to Cili and the Forest Park, and 1h for departure to the Grand Canyon.
  Location: The Station is about 1.2 km (0.7 mi) to the east gate and 18 km (11mi) to the south gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park respectively.

Wulingyuan Bus to Zhangjiajie City

 Buses from Wulingyuan also run to Changsha, Changde, Sangzhi, and a few places in Zhangjiajie. The ticket price is not high. For example, the Wulingyuan - Changsha bus ticket fare and the Wulingyuan – Changde bus ticket fare only cost CNY103 and CNY65, respectively. But note that the frequency is very low, like 1 or 2 buses every day.
 The most convenient way is to buy the tickets at those long-distance bus stations upon arrival. There are manual ticket windows and self-service ticket machines. Cash, WeChat pay and AliPay are accepted.

You can also use Wechat to scan the QR code printed on the ticket machine, or directly follow the official account – Hunan Coach Ticket Selling or "湖南汽车票务网" in Chinese, and last click the ticket button to buy a ticket to your destination.

Wherever you buy the ticket, your ID certificate like passport is needed, as real-name ticketing policy has been adopted. 

In peak season, tickets are sold out quickly, so it is suggested to buy tickets in advance online as mentioned above.
