East Nanjing Road to Hangzhou station
Good evening.

We are going to Hangzhou from Shanghai. Which station should we take the bullet train from? We are staying at Metropolo Jinjiang Hotel Classiq (Shanghai Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street).

The nearest train station is Shanghai Railway Station operating 5 trains daily to Hangzhou, 3km away and can be reached by line 1 and 3 with a duration of 25min. For more frequent departures, Hongqiao Station with more than 150 trains to Hangzhou daily is also close which can be reached by metro line 2 within 40min.

I'm afraid no. The service was once available in some old style railway stations. But you can ask the staff or volunteer for help. There are always volunteers with colorful vests.
