Round trip HK to Wuhan to HK
Can I collect the tickets together in West Kowloon Station a few days before my trip? Or I need to collect it in Wuhan instead?

Thank you for your inquiry.

You can collect the tickets together in West Kowloon Station, from counter No. 1 to 10 in advance. However, there will be extra service fee charged by station for this ticket collection service. If you collect the return trip in China mainland, there will be no extra fee. Hope for your advanced notice.

Do you think I can get on the train at Wuhan station if holding a ticket from Beijing?
I need to go from Wuhan to HK but no ticket available on website. I find that there are tickets from Beijing to HK on G79 though it is the same train. So do you think it is workable to book a ticket from Beijing instead?

Thank you for your inquiry.

It is OK to board from Wuhan by holding a ticket from Beijing. You need to print the paper ticket out before 10am on the day. The ticket price difference is not refundable. Some times, when the date is approaching, there might be some tickets released again from Wuhan. You may also consider to wait a few more days for a chance.

Thank you for your inquiry.
There did can be a difference on ticket availability. It is due to the ticket distribution. The amount of tickets offered to HK side and China mainland side are different. If the tickets still shows available on our website, you can submit your booking as normal. We will deal with your booking as soon as we get your order online.
