2 Xi’an to Weihai high speed trains serve passengers daily with a duration of 10-11 hours.

Due to different running routes, the ticket price of the second class seat ranges from CNY 704-741.5, and of the first class seat ranges from CNY 1138-1185.

Both of them take Xi’an North Railway Station as starting station, and one stops at Weihai Railway Station while the other passes by Weihai Railway Station.

 There are also direct flights flying from Xi’an to Weihai. Passengers can take flights to Weihai International Airport from Xi’an Xianyang International Airport. The shortest time spent during the trip is 2.5 hours. Due to different airlines, the flight ticket ranges from CNY 400 – 1,000. 
 Located 9 kilometers (5.5 miles) north of Weihai Railway Station, it is the memorial site of the Sino-Japanese War, and also a patriotic education base. From Weihai Railway Station, passengers can take bus 12 and get off at Zhudao Office Station, then walk east for about 1,000 meters (1,100 yards) to the Liugong Island Wharf to take a ship to the island. 
 
Only 2 Xi’an to Weihai high speed trains serve passengers daily with a duration of 9.5-10.5 hours. 

If can’t catch the two bullet trains, transferring at Xuzhou East Railway Station is also feasible. Passengers can take high speed trains traveling from Weihai Railway Station to Xuzhou East Railway Station with 5.5 hours, then wait for 1 hour, transfer to the bullet trains heading towards Xi’an North Railway Station with a duration of 3.5 hours. Totally, the whole journey takes 10 hours or so.  

Besides, there are direct flights connecting Weihai and Xi’an. Taking 2.5 hours, the trip costs CNY 500 - 1,000.
