ReplyNecessary to buy tickets in advance for short trip between Qingdao and Weihai?
I saw you says tickets only begin for sale 9 days in advance. Is it same even at your New Year’s Holiday? I plan to visit Weihai around Jan 22 or 23. Should i book them 9 days ahead?

However, for Qingdao and Weihai, winter time is considered season there, we suppose it should be possible to get a ticket. We suggest you to check ticket availability for some earlier days first around 15 days in advance as a reference. If tickets are limited on many earlier days, we suggest you to book tickets online in advance. Hope this information can help you.

00ReplyYes, no problem! When you buy a ticket, it does not need to be departure station. You can do it at any train station, even stations in other city!

I want to travel on Jan 31 from Qingdao to Weihai, but it shows all tickets are sold out, even on 29 and 30! Is there any other way to get a ticket? Can I get one at station?
