Thank you for your inquiry.

Did you booked tickets with us? If yes, would you please kindly advise us your tracking number so we can check your booking status firstly. Generally speaking, before tickets are confirmed, the destination can be changed. However, if your tickets are already confirmed, the destination for HK routes can no longer be changed. Hope for your kind notice.

I heard that it hadn't yet been completed, but that might be something else. Just wanted to check that this route and train are working and we can book a ticket successfully. Thanks!

yes, indeed. The policy says the length + height + width should be within 130cm and weight should be within 20kg. However, if it is just a little more, it should be also fine.

Thank you for your reply. Are they really strick and they mesure them? I know the weight won't exceed 20kg but the size allowed is really small, if it is 140cm instead of 130cm would they give us problems? there is no way to check in the luggage so that i doesn't have to be this size? and can we carry more than 1?? Thanks!!

I think 140cm should be no problem. By visual inspection, it is hard to tell the difference of 130cm or 140cm. I don't think they have time to measure every pieces of luggage in a busy railway station. There is no policy mentioned about the pieces of luggage, so more than one should be fine.
