Thank you for your inquiry.
The ticket price on our website is the same as station ticket counter but there could be little difference sometimes caused by currency exchange rate. Booking with us, we will charge extra service fee for advanced online booking. Therefore, the total price would be higher. Hope for your kind understanding. However, as the tickets can be under great demands, it is advisable to buy the ticket in advance.

How can I get the tickets in West Kowloon Station?
Is it e ticket or I need to collect a paper ticket first? Is one hour at station enough for the passport control? Thank you.

It is not e ticket type and you need to pick the paper ticket up from the ticket office first. It is on the B1 floor, counter 6 to 28. The custom check starts 45min before the departure time, but the ticket collection will also end at that time. So 1 hour in advance maybe too limited for the collection at ticket office. It would be safer if you be there earlier.
