How long would flight takes from Xiamen to Changsha and the costs?

Flight only takes 1.5 hours, so it is still much faster than train. Full ticket price is CNY1200, if you can find a discount more than 60% off, it is very suitable. But if you are traveling during summer time, train maybe more reliable as flight often get delayed or even cancelled due to typhoon.

Can you tell me the bus to take from Xiamen North Station to International Cruise Terminal?

You can take bus No. 957 from the North station to You Lun Zhong Xin, the 10th stop. And walk about 600m to reach the station. The bus ticket is CNY2 per person and takes around 1 hour on the way. If by taxi, it would be about 40min and cost around CNY70.
