Notice on Visa Free Policy

Group visitors of the ASEAN countries, including Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Singapore, Brunei, Myanmar and Philippines, can enjoy a 6-day visa-free tour in this city. During the six days, all members are not allowed to travel to other cities.

In order to enjoy the six days visa-free tours, they are required to be received by local qualified travel agencies. When their tours end, they should exit from Liangjiang Airport.

The 72-Hour Visa-Free Policy has been implemented to facilitate passport holders of 53 countries and regions to enjoy a visa-free stay up to 72 hours when taking an international transfer via Liangjiang Airport.

It is located about 400 meters (450 yards) away from the terminal building. The hotel provides hourly rooms, restaurants, travel consultation and pick-up services.

Guilin City Visitor Center
Located at Exit 6 on the first floor of the Arrival Hall, it provides services such as tourism consultation, accommodation, scenic spot ticket purchase and special bus pick-up.

Self Service Check-in
The self-service check-in equipment for domestic flights is located on the opposite side of Check-in Islands A & C and on both sides of the Island B. With ID cards, passengers can select a location and print boarding passes by themselves. Check-in procedures usually stop 45 minutes before flight departure. With the exception of Spring Airlines flights, self-service check-in is available for flights of other airlines.

Hi. Does anyone know what the taxi fare would cost from Guilin Airport to Liuzhou city centre?

The distance is around 150km between these two places, so I'm afraid there is no taxi driver will take you. Actually, you can take intercity bus from airport. It departs from 9:30 to 22:00 with frequency of 1 hour and CNY75.

Is there a shuttle bus from Guilin Airport to reach Sheraton Hotel directly ?

If i were to take Shuttle bus Line 1 from Airport, it will stop at Minhang Hotel. Is there another bus which i can take from Minhang hotel to reach Sheraton Hotel ? Thanks.

You can take bus line 2 to Lijiang theater station, and walk north around 200m to your hotel. It takes around 30 minutes with CNY2.

What is the cheapest option to travel from Guilin Liangjiang International Airport to city center?

My flight lands at around 1 am. And if taxi is the only option, I'd like to know how much I'm expected to pay approximately.

Don't worry. You can still take the airport shuttle bus, which will operate until the last flight arrival. The ticket fare is CNY15 to 20 per person.

I will arrive in Guilin airport at 10pm. That is great to hear that there is a shuttle bus that leaves after every arrival so I will be able to get to the city by bus then. Where does the shuttle leave you in the city? Thanks!

This only shuttle bus night line will take you to Minhang Hotel.

My flight leaves at 22:25 pm in Guilin.

I plan to leave around 19:30 pm in downtown area to do some last minute tour. I want to know is there going to be a airport shuttle bus operating during that time to go to the airport. I want to also know what bus do I take if I was to leave From GL downtown. If not what are my options?

You can take a shuttle bus departing from GL Railway Station, which operates from 6:00 to 21:30 every 30 minutes. The duration is about 50 minutes and the bus fare is CNY20.
