Shanghai West Railway Station

Originally called the Zhenru Railway Station, the Shanghai West Railway Station is an intermediate stop along the Shanghai - Nanjing Intercity High Speed Railway. It is about 9 kilometers (5.6 miles) from the Shanghai Railway Station, 13 kilometers (8 miles) from Nanjing Road, 15 kilometers (9.3 miles) from Hongqiao Railway Station and Hongqiao Airport, 16 kilometers (9.9 miles) from Shanghai South Railway Station as well as 55 kilometers (34 miles) from Pudong Airport.

Shanghai West Railway Station mainly operates bullet trains to/from Kunshan, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Danyang, Huishan, Hefei, and Nanjing.

There is a two-story terminal building and a front square (south square) at this station.
 1F: ticket office, entrance, waiting area, security check, ticket checking point, police, platform, toilets
 -1F: stairs, elevator, exit passage

The ticket office is open between 07:00 and 19:00. Tickets for trains departing within 3 days are sold here. No ticket refund or exchange service is provided. Free WIFI is provided inside the waiting area.
  Arrival by metro: line 11, line 15
Passengers arriving by metro line 11 or line 15 can get off at Shanghai West Railway Station and then go out via exit 1.

 Arrival by bus:
At Railway Station Bus Stop: 01, 106, 129, 319, 742, 768, 944, Changzheng line 1
At Jiaotonglu Yangjiaqiao: 117, 744, Huyong Special Line

If arriving by bus, passengers will get off at the street in front of the West Station.

  Shanghai Railway Station:
1. Take bus no. 106 to go there directly.
2. Take metro line 11 to Caoyang Road first, and then transfer to metro line 4 to arrive at the destination.

 Hongqiao Railway Station/ Hongqiao Airport
Take metro line 11 to Jiaotong University and then transfer to metro line 10 to get there.
Or take line 11 to Jiangsu Road first and then change to metro line 2 to get there.

 South Railway Station
Take metro line 11 to Xujiahui first, and then transfer to metro line 1 to get to the South Station.
Or take line 11 to Caoyang Road first, and then change to metro line 3 to get there.

 Pudong Airport
Passengers can go to Shanghai Railway Station first where they can take airport shuttle bus line 5 to go to the Pudong Airport directly. The airport shuttle bus departs between 5:00 and 21:30 at intervals of 15 – 25 minutes. Ticket fare is CNY 22 per person and duration is about 55 minutes.

 The Bund
Take metro line 11 to Jiangsu Road first and then change to metro line 2 to go to East Nanjing Road. Afterwards, walk about 850 meters (930 yards) eastward to the destination.

 Disneyland Park
Take subway line 11 to the destination directly.
