I know there is a bus 802 and 801 can take you to the International Trade Market, you can get off there and walk around 1km to reach your hotel. By taxi, it should be around 30min.

The checkin time is different for different trains. If you are at the beginning station, sometimes it can be 30min, sometimes 15min. If for stopovers, it can be 15 or 10min, or even shorter.
This website suggest me to get the station 90min before the departure time to collect the tickets. But if I will collect the ticket the night before my trip, it is no need to be there 90min early. 45min would be OK.
