There is a tourist bus connecting these two places directly. Passengers can take this line and get off at Guandi Temple station. The duration is around 2.5 hours. Or you can take city bus No.7/28 to Xihuxiaoqu and then transfer to bus No. 11 to Guandi Temple, taking 2 hours in total.
