Flight

It can be noticed that travel by rail needs a long time. If you want to save time, you can choose the flight, which is faster and just takes 3 hours or so. Sometimes in low seasons, its ticket may be cheaper than the bullet train ticket. But generally it costs more.

Cannot find train G89 from Beijing to Chengdu on Oct 01
I cannot see G89 in the schedule online anymore. All second class seats are sold out on other trains. Can I book G89?

Thank you for your inquiry.

We are sorry that due to the railway schedule adjustment, G89 is not available for sale since Oct 01 currently. It may back to service again later. You may check the schedule often in the following days. Once it back to service, we will add them on our website too. If not, you may need to consider flight instead.

The working time of station depends on their train schedule, so if there is a departure at 6:53am, the office must be on duty before 6am, but sure a few counters only. So you can reach the station more than 1 hour in advance and try to find the counter in service. Surely, if you collect it one day in advance, it would be more convenient.

If I will take G89 at 6:53am, do I have enough time for ticket collection?
Or can you deliver the ticket to my hotel in Beijing? I will only stay one night in Beijing. Do I have enough time for delivery service?

Thank you for your inquiry.
There will be counters in service from early morning. You can reach the station about 1 hour in advance for the ticket collection. Or you can also use our delivery service which will be more convenient. We will arrange the delivery to your hotel in advance. The express will reach your hotel about 1 or 2 days before your hotel checkin date. You can collect the express from hotel once you get there.

Hello, can you please advise if its possible to stop overnight or for 2 days sightseeing along the route if I would have a high-speed train ticket? can I break the journey along the way in different places and then carry on on the same ticket to final destination? or do i need to buy separate tickets to each place along the route? thank you

If you get off at a stopover station, you cannot use the same ticket to continue the trip. Therefore, you need to buy the tickets for each trips instead. Cities like Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Xi'an can be considered as stopovers.
