    Booked several trains and sites tickets, and everything has gone smoothly! Very efficient customer service, always available and very fast to reply! Would definitely recommend and use again if coming back to China.

    It was a last minute booking. I was on the bus to Badaling when I learnt that tickets must be purchased online beforehand. Travelchinaguide helped to book the tickets and I received confirmation in 15 min. Redeemed for tickets at entrance. Hassle free! Thumbs up!

    Fuss-free and convenient - booked our tickets to Forbidden City the day before and all we needed was our passport to enter.
