Air quality in july, Lhasa
My wife and son Aged 8 are in Lhasa for a holiday now, July. They plan a trip to the out of town area to see the mushroom farms (truffles). They are not used to high altitudes as we live in Guangdong. What change in oxygen levels can they expect and what should they do if they experience shortage of breath? What precautions
Should they take?

If they have never gone to high plateaus before, they may experience altitude stress, especially if they catch a cold. They should take the following precautions: 1. Take an oxygen tank. 2. Take some medicines to relieve the symptoms. 3. Keep warm. 4. Avoid intense physical activities.
