1-day visit to Shanghai, anything to suggest for teachers and students ?

I’ll be travelling during Shanghai Nov. 17 to 24, what’s the temperature around this period?

Based on the previous weather data, the average temperature in the daytime may be about 17C and you are advised to wear the wind coat, thin sweater... The average temperature at night may reach about 9C and you need to wear warm clothes.

How do I travel from Shanghai Hongjiao Airport to Zhenze water village 100km using public transport?

First, take the metro line 2 at the airport and get off at Hongqiao Railway Station. Then walk about 4 minutes to Hongqiao Passenger Transport West Station where there are buses to Zhenze Bus Station.
Then at Zhenze Bus Station, you can take the bus No. 7501/ 7502 to the village or take a taxi.
