Metro Line 3 has put into use but Metro Line 4 is still under construction.

from Xiamen airport how to go to zhongshan road by metro subway?

Subway station is a little far away from the airport. So you could take shuttle bus from T3 to Ferry Post Office stop, and walk south around 350m to Zhongshan Road.
