Tips of Shenzhen - Suzhou Train

There are only 6 pairs of direct high speed trains, one pair of direct normal trains and no direct flights between Shenzhen and Suzhou, so the railway tickets might be sold out in no time once released. Please reserve tickets as early as possible to make your trip smooth.
If tickets are sold out or the latest schedule cannot satisfy you, you can transfer at some big railway stations. For example, Hangzhou East, as the junction station, has more pairs of high speed trains for both directions.

Questions & Answers on Shenzhen - Suzhou Train
Asked by REMIJN from NETHERLANDS | Dec. 04, 2019 17:34Reply
Would you please explain which station is the departure station?
According to the information I read online, long distance high speed trains use Suzhou North Station, but on your website it is "Suzhou" when I search the trains to Shenzhen?

Thank you for your inquiry.

There are totally 3 rides a day in service, D3125, D2281 and K36. 2 of them are high speed D type and one normal type. All these 3 rides depart from Suzhou Railway Station in downtown area. It is not the North Station. Please rest assured.

144 hours in Shanghai without visa
Hello, I have booked a flight from France to Hongkong and back from Shanghai to France. I have read that I can stay up to 144 hours in Shanghai and the neighbouring provinces without a visa, as I would be on transit from HK to France. Would this also work if I take the train from HK to Shanghai ? thanks

I think high speed train from HK to Shanghai cannot work for any visa free stay. Overnight slow train or flight from HK to Shanghai should be able to work.
