Arriving at Fuzhou Railway Station
We will stay at Holiday Inn Express Fuzhou Downtown. We suppose our arrival station is the one in downtown right? Is it still far from the hotel? Thank you for your advice in advance.

The main station is the nearest station but still 5km. It is better to use taxi which should be within CNY20. There is no metro station near the hotel you chose, so except taxi, but maybe your only option. If you cannot read or speak Mandarin, bus service is not recommended.

It is mainly the issue of space. First class seat carriage has more space for each passenger since only 4 seats arranged for each row. Second class seat carriage arrange 5 setas in each row.

Considering the duration and ticket price, I think G type is better. However, this depends on your schedule as well. There are more D rides a day than G ride. Not sure if you can find a G type fit your time.
