You just need summer clothes in this month. When the air-conditioning system is very strong, you had better put on long-sleeved T-shirt in case of catching cold.

Where to Go in Xi'an in July

You can make some outdoor visits in the morning, when the temperature is relatively low. Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, a well-preserved ancient building and a holy place for Buddhists, is a valuable spot. You can enjoy the performances of Tai Chi Sword and Tai Chi Kung Fu Fan performance there or join the locals doing morning exercises on the south square of Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. At noon and in the afternoon, indoor attractions with air conditioners, such as the Shaanxi History Museum near the pagoda, are good choices. In the evening, the musical fountain show on the north square of Giant Wild Goose Pagoda is a must-see.

Take along with you some heatstroke medicine whenever you go. Drink enough cool water; do not drink icy water immediately when you come back from the heat outside. It is not good for your health to have the air conditioning on all night in too low temperature.

I want to know the weather of Huashan (Xi'an) and Luoyang in June and end of December?

In June, it is getting hot in the two cities and the highest temp would reach 34-35C. Cloudy days are the majority in this month and several rainy days may happen. I would recommend you prepare summer clothing and a long-sleeved shirt. For Mt. Huashan, it is a little cooler. Even in the top of the mountain, you should prepare or rent a downjacket.

In end of Dec. it is winter of the cities. It is cold, dry and somtimes windy. The temp shall range from -4C to 9C. In the beginning of the month, there may be very light snowfall. J

10 days trip to Xi'an

Am planning a 10 days to Xi'an and its surrounding. Would like suggestion on places to cover. Would it be possible to include WuDangShan and LuoYang?
Also, I am flying in from Kuala Lumpur, shall I fly in via Shanghai or Beijing?

As I know, there is no direct plance from Kuala Lumpur to this city. Therefore, you need to transfer at Shanghai or Beijing.

As for your ten days' travel around, here is my suggestion:
Spend three to four days in visiting the city center attractions as well as the nearby ones, including Terracotta Warriors, Huaqing Hot Spring Pool and Mt. Huashan.

Then two days can be spared to go and visit Famen Temple and Taibai Mountain National Forest Park at Baoji.

After that, you can take the direct long-distance bus at the Bus Station near XA Railway Station to Shiyan in about 4h or a little longer. Then from Shiyan city, it can be easy to take transport to Wudangshan.

From Wudangshan to Luoyang, you need to take a train to Xiangyang first, where transfer to another train to Luoyang. Then just go and visit as you want.

After having fun at Luoyang, if there is time left, you can go to Zhengzhou to have a visit. After that, take a high-speed train to Beijing, where there are direct flights for your back.

How far Terracotta Warriors,Shaanxi History Museum and Bell Tower from Xi'an train station?

I plan to tour 2 days in Xi'an,help me how to manage time and sequence of visit in Xi'an.

It is about 40km from Xi'an railway Station to the Terracotta Warriors, about 7km to Shaanxi History Museum and about 4 km to the Bell Tower. Travelling in Xi'an during the 2 days, you can spend one day to visit the Terracotta Warriors and on the other day to visit Shaanxi History Museum, the Bell Tower and the City Wall.
