There is Payment Service Center at Changsha Airport to help foreigners with online payment like Alipay, WeChat Pay, e-RMB and transportation QR code. You can apply for a transportation card online on WeChat or Alipay. You can also buy a physical ticket on the self-service machine with cash at all metro stations.
