ReplyHow to take in the best of Mutianyu Great Wall?
I want to take cable-car to Tower 14 for excellent view and then walk down to Tower 6 to take toboggan down. Is distance between these two towers long and difficult to walk? Steep gradients? Approx how long time to walk from T14 to T6? How must I buy the ticket then? One-way up by cablecar and down by toboggan and what will be the ticket cost?
Will it be better to buy full ticket for cablecar to T14. After coming down, get ticket for cable-chair to T6 and down by toboggan? We are both Seniors (age 61 and 76). Thank you.

20ReplyI am sorry that I cannot make sure the distance between these towers. As I know, there will be some steep places along the way, but it is much easier than Jiankou Great Wall. It may probably take about 1-2 hours. The entrance ticket fare is CNY40/person. The cable car for a single trip will take CNY100/person and CNY120/person for a round trip. The toboggan will cost CNY100/person for a single trip and CNY120 for a round trip.
