Wuyuan Railway Station
Wuyuan Railway Station is the closest railway station to access Wuyuan countryside, China's most beautiful countryside. The closest village is only about 6 miles (10 kilometers) away and the furthest one is about 40 miles (60 kilometers) away. About 2 miles (3 kilometers) away, lies the Wuyuan County and 3.5 miles (5.5 kilometers) away is the North Coach Station, which operates buses to picturesque villages around.

As a stop on the Beijing - Fuzhou High Speed Railway, Wuyuan Railway Station only serves high speed trains. The destinations cover not only big cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xi'an, Hangzhou, Fuzhou, Xiamen, and Jinan, but also nearby tourism areas like Huangshan, Wuyishan, and Shexian.

The station consists of a main building and a front square.
Ticket office is on the south side of the main building where travelers can purchase paper ticket and exchange online booked ticket into paper ticket. There are totally 5 ticket counters including one special counter designed for physically challenged passengers. A few self-service ticket machines are also available which support ticket purchase and collection for Chinese ID card holders. Passengers who hold a passport need to go for the counters. Entrance is in the middle of the building and Exit is on the north side of building.
There are parking lots on both South and North sides of the front square. The North Parking Lot is set up for city buses and the South Parking Lot is for taxis.
Bus No. 1 and No. 2 have a stop at Wuyuan Railway Station. Travelers can take the buses to downtown. If by taxi, it costs around CNY10.
Travelers can take the city bus No. 1 or No. 2 mentioned above to the North Coach Station. The North Coach Station has coaches to almost all surrounding villages and scenic spots, including Likeng, Jiangwan, Kengtou, and Mandarin Duck Lake.
Car rental is also a frequently used way for travel between Wuyuan Train Station and scenic spots. One-day car rental costs around CNY400-CNY500. You'd better settle down the price before boarding a car.
Motorcycle and bicycle are also two means of transportation. One-day motorcycle rental is around CNY100-CNY150, but it is not very recommended for safety reason; also, China does not recognize international driver license. Bicycles can be a good option if you will not travel too far.

Yes, it's inside the dining hall on the 3rd floor. You can see the entrance to the staircase when exiting, go upstairs to the 3rd floor to find the signboard saying "食堂", enter and you can see the luggage storage. If you cannot find it staircase, just ask the station staff.

Direct bus from Wuyuan Railway station to villages

There is bus from the railway station to Huangling, it should pass by other spots on east line too. But I heard the bus may change according to different season. So not very sure about it. You can check that after your arrival. If not bus at your time, you can then go to the coach station and then heard to spots.

"婺源汽车站", should be at No. 12, Caishi Ave. It should be the end of bus No. 1 which begins from railway station.
