I AM REALLY SATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE. BUT NO ONE TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD CHANGE MY TICKETS FROM PAPER TICKETS TO ELECTRONIC TICKETS. AND WHERE IN THE STATION. I HAVE NO PICTURES. WAITING ROOM, PLATFORM IS ALWAYS REALLY CLEAN. ANYWAY THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY TO CHECK IN HEAVY LUGGAGES AND THERE IS NO ONE THAT HELPS YOU TO CARRY THEM.

<br />Station is neat. Train is spacious and clean. Arrival and departure is on-time seat location was at the window/ front seat/ nearer to the toilet (more leg room/ luggage in front of us).<br />

Your web is very easy to use. You guided us through the process well. The tickets were delivered directly to our hotel making it so much easier. I previously purchased tickets at Shanghai station and was difficult. We will always use this service when possible. Well worth the extra cost. Equivalent standard seats to business class air travel for many airlines. Railway station at Shanghai and Guangzhou easy to access and signs in English and Chinese. Seating available in waiting room. Station very clean with many amenities.

Hi,<br /> Sorry for not answering earlier but I was quite busy after my travel to China. I was very pleased about my travel and about the service you have provided me. Especially, I appreciated that some of you contacted me on the phone to notify me about the changes concerning my ticket, this is very professional.<br /> <br /> My travel was very smooth; I traveled from Beijing south station which is a brand new station, just like any European station. The return from CangZhou was also very nice. CangZhou used to have an old and dirty station in the city center but now they have a brand new station for fast train. Although I had to travel on some soft sleepers sold as 2nd class ticket, the travel was very comfortable.<br /> <br /> I have recommended your website to my friends who travel to China and I will definitively use your service again next time I will go to China.<br /> <br /> Thanks for your help,<br /> Christopher

However, I will say that we were very pleased with the process of purchasing the tickets and found the railway station and train to be very good. Wonderful ride to Beijing.
