Breathtaking Scenery Appreciation

4 Days Guangzhou - Yingde - Jiulong Town - Huanghua Town- Guangzhou

The first day, before you set out, you need to take the sleeping bag, electric torch, coat, and things like that, for you will camp outside. Starting from Guangzhou city, you can go to the Guangqing national highway and ride towards Qingyuan. The distance is around 75 kilometers. So water and food will be very important for you during your trip. After a long way cycling, you enter the Qingyuan border. To save some energy for the following riding, you should have a rest to relax yourselves and have some food and water. Then you need to go on along the national highroad 107 heading to the North. You should be careful enough during the cycling along the highroad, for there will be many cars on the way.

After 20 kilometers, you will arrive at a place named Zhukeng, you can have a stopover and have some water and break. On the way, you will pass through the Liu Jiadong tunnel, inside of which is as dark as night, so you should be slow down and take care. Go on your trip, you will see the road sign at the Wuyi Crossing. The sign will show you how to get to your destination – Yingde. Up till now, you can cheer you up, since Yingde town is nearer and nearer. After you arrive there, you can find the views will be totally different from the downtown. You will not be bothered by the traffic jam, noise and dirty air; instead, you will fully addict to the natural bosom. Find a proper place to encamp and stay an overnight. Before you go to sleep, you can have some fun, like the talking and singing. And do take care not to get cold during the night.

The second day, after a wonderful camping night, your energy should recover, and then move on your following route. You first step is riding to the west direction and go to the Chuan Tianyan Rock. It is 2 kilometers away from Jiulong town. It is an empty-hearted hill and there are two holes at the top. You can look up the sky from the two holes and you will be amazed that there is an exclamatory mark in the sky. Anyway, you can have a spectacular view there. There are stalactites, garden covered by the green vegetation in the cave. Besides, there also hides a brook. Walk along the brook, you will find it is really a heaven of peace. Then, riding towards the north, you will pass by the Qianjun stone forest on the way to Xiao Guilin. There are may separate stone apexes standing like soldiers. Such scenery is with the lingering charm of Guilin Landscape. There you can visit the sights along the famous Stone Forest Aisle there. And the Xiao Guilin is nearby. You can also enjoy the outdoors' landscape along the way. If you would like to take a deep tour there, you also can visit the near villages. After seeing the splendid sunset in Xiao Guilin, you are advised to return to the hotel for break. You certainly cannot miss the bean curd meal there. Many delicious dishes are made from the bean curd.

The third day, you are suggested to check out in the early morning and ride to Yongfeng old bridge. You will see the inverted image of Mingjing. It is better for you to see the old bridge in the morning. Or, you can climb the hillside behind the Yongfeng old temple to enjoy the sunrise. There is the cropland and stream under the hill, so it is a rare angle for taking pictures. Then, you can go on your cycling to visit other local sights. After half day trip, you can go to Huanghua Cate restaurant to have lunch. Then, have an overnight at Huanghua Hotel for an overnight or encamp there.

The fourth morning, get ready for everything and return to Guangzhou.
