How to Book and Use:

1.Book & pay online, get confirmation number by email, show confirmation number to redeem ticket at the ticket window. Please also take your passport, the staff may check senior visitors’ passports to confirm the age.
2.Travelers in one order should enter the site together.
3.The ticket is only valid for the selected visiting date.
4.Under few special circumstances, the 94th floor might be occupied by block booking, you will not be able to visit, but refunded for a single floor will not be made. Hope for your understanding.

Visiting Times:

Opening Hours: 11:00-21:00
Entrance Hours: 11:00-20:00

Change & Cancellation:

1.Free cancellation if sending the request by email 24 hours before the designated entry time.
2.After the ticket is issued, the service fee is non-refundable.
3.Partial cancellation is not accepted, tickets in one order have to be cancelled together.
4.If you would like to make change, please cancel and rebook.

What to Expect

Shanghai World Financial Center, SWFC for short, is the second highest building in Shanghai that looks like a bottle opener from the exterior for the design of a wind hole on the top floors. Thus it is also called the Eye of Shanghai. Book a ticket and it won't let you down.

Taking the direct elevator to the 94-floor sightseeing hall of SWFC, a transparent and bright hall will show up in front of you. Through the transparent glass windows, the Oriental Pearl and Jin Mao Tower are in your eyes closely. You can enjoy coffee while sightseeing in the coffee bar there, overlooking the beautiful scenery on both banks of the Huangpu River.

The Sightseeing Observatory on 97th floor has a glass roof. You will be extremely close to sky as the glass roof is open in great weather.

You will also have a unique experience at the Sightseeing Skywalk on the 100th floor, which is like a floating bridge in the air. With transparent glass floor and wall, you will feel breathtaking and fantastic as if you are wandering in the clouds.

How to get to Shanghai World Financial Center?

By metro:
Take metro line 2 and get off at Dongchang Road Station. Come out from Exit 4 and walk north for a while.

By bus:
a. Take the bus 939 or Lujiazui Financial City Bus 2 and get off at Dongtai Road Lujiazui Ring Road Station.
b. Take the bus 583 or 799 and get off at Huayuan Shiqiao Road Dongtai Road Station.

I'm sorry but the ticket booking service is not available now and you can buy the ticket at the spot.

Dear all,
