Cancellation and Change:

1. Free cancellation if sending emails 24 hours before the entry date for Day Cruise and Night Cruise.
2. For Crystal Princess + Buffet Dinner [19:00-21:00], cancellation and change are not accepted within 24 hours.
3. For the Dragon Cruise [Long Chuan] + Buffet Dinner, cancellations within 3 days are not accepted. If the cancellation is made between 3-7 days, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. However, cancellations made before 7 days are free of charge. .
4. After the ticket is issued, service fee is non-refundable.

Option 1: Take Sightseeing Bus Line 1, Line 3 or Line 5 and get off at the Huangpu River Cruise Terminal or Old Meteorological Signal Tower, which are both within walking distance to Shiliupu Wharf.

Option 2: Take city bus 55, 65, 305, 736, 866, or 868 to Shiliupu Station.
