I am working in china as long as 16 years.now i want apply for korean work visa ?

hi!i am a worker working in ganzhou,Jiangxi,china.i already have work almost 18 years in China. so will I be able to get Korean Tourists Visa at the Embassy of South Korea in guangzhou or Shanghai ?

unfortunately, i don't believe one of their representatives were that well versed in English. They completely didn't answer the question (it was more a less a "yes" or "no" type of question), and the number they provided didn't work. :(
