Tianjin Airport Facilities & Services

In the terminal building of Tianjin Binhai International Airport, there are lots of facilities for passengers' convenience, such as bank, clinic and a water fountain. The airport also offers services to help passengers with their air travel.

 Luggage Packing: The Luggage Packing Counters are located at the Departure Hall of 2F, beside the counter B and C of checking island. Cardboard boxes and woven bags are CNY 20 per bag.

 Luggage Cart: Free luggage carts are provided in both departure and arrival areas. Service for moving luggage carts are offered outside the isolation area. Small-sized luggage carts are provided for moving hand-luggage within the isolation area.

 Bank: There are ATMs in the terminal building.
 National City Bank of New York and Hang Seng Bank: public area of Arrival Hall at 1F(next to the Post Office)
 Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and Agriculture Bank of China: outside the Security Check of Departure Hall (beside the staff-only Security Check area) at 2/F.
 Foreign Currency Exchange: Travelex and Yihualong are located in the public area of Arrival Hall at 1F. State Development and Investment Corporation (SDIC) is in the Isolation Area of International Departure Hall at 2/F. 

 Lost and Found: It is situated in the Enquiry Center of the terminal building. A valid certificate will be needed when claiming a lost article.  

 Clinic: It offers patients visiting within the terminal building, first aid, receiving, sending and transmitting patients by ambulance. The clinic also has first-aid medicines and frequently used medicines.

Location: Domestic Clinic is located at the left side of Security Check Exit of 2nd floor Departure Hall. International Domestic Clinic is located within the Isolation Area of International Arrival Hall.

 Post Office: Passengers may ship packages and letters, asking about flight tickets, buying postcards and stamps and pay phone charges here.
Location: 1st floor, public area of Arrival Hall
Opening Time: 09:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00 

 Smoking Room: There are smoking rooms located in both Domestic and International Isolation Area of 2nd floor. Massage chairs are provided and users are charged CNY 1 every minute.

A Shop in Tianjin Binhai International Airport

 Water Fountain: There are two kinds of water. One is boiled water and passengers need to use their own cups. The other is cold water from common pure water dispensers with disposable paper cups. They are both located in the terminal building.
 Police Report Center: It is in the public area of 2nd floor Departure Hall, opposite to Gate 3.
 Parking: The parking lot is located in front of the terminal building. Small-sized cars are charged CNY 2 and large-sized cars are charged CNY 4 every half hour (less than half hour is regarded as half hour). If the car is parked day and night, it is charged CNY 60 for the first day and CNY 50 per addition day.
 Internet: There are some Internet Servicing Areas in the terminal building. Users are charged according to the length of the usage time.
 Special Service: The content is to help unaccompanied minors, disabled passengers and passengers with wheel chairs to take planes. These passengers need to apply for it while booking tickets. If it is applied temporarily at the airport, the service will only be offered within the terminal building.
 Inquiry: Passengers will receive considerate information about traveling by air.
