Current best way to get to Shibei area from the airport as of July 2019

Hi all, I'm headed to Qingdao in a couple weeks. Rented a place over at the Wanda Plaza down that way. Wondering if anyone has advice about the best way to get from the airport to the general area where the plaza is located.

And if the only way is taxi, what can I expect as far as the cost? I'm accustomed to traveling around Jiangsu/Shanghai so QD is completely new to me.

You can take shuttle bus Line 702 to Ruichang Rd Station, and transfer to bus No.33 to Library Station, and walk around 200m to Shibei area. It costs CNY21 with 1.5 hours. The cab fare is around CNY80.
