How to Get to Terracotta Warriors from Xi'an

The Terracotta Warriors is located in Lintong District, about 40 kilometers (25 miles) to the northeast of Xi'an downtown. Currently, travelers can take metro line 9 to Huaqing Pool Station then transfer to Lintong Bus 602 or Lintong Tourist Bus Line 613 to Terracotta Army; or take Tourist Bus No. 5 (306) from Fangzhicheng to get there directly.

→ Take metro line 1 to Fangzhicheng Station
→ Change to line 9 and arrive at Huaqing Pool Station
→ Transfer to Lintong Bus 602 or Lintong Tourist Bus 613 to the Terracotta Army.

How to Get to Fangzhicheng Bus Station:

Metro: Take metro line 1 to the terminal Fangzhicheng Station and walk northward. Or take metro line 6 or 9 to Fangzhicheng, take Exit E and work northward.
Bus: Take city bus 171, 213, 231, 232, 233, 241, 246, 269, 270, 307, 416, 904, or 926, get off at Fangzhicheng Station and walk northward.

Taxi from Downtown Xi'an to Terracotta Army – CNY160-220

Plan A: Direct Bus to Terracotta Army

Take the direct bus at Xi'an Airport Coach Station at T3 to Terracotta Army. Exit 314 out and walk across the road to find the coach station. Passengers can buy the ticket on-site.
