Day 1 Arrival in Tashkent, Airport pick-up, Tashkent city tour
On your arrival in Tashkent, you'll be picked up by the driver from the airport and sent to your hotel. A while later, the guide and the driver will take you to Khast-Imom Complex to visit Madrasah of Barak-Khan, Tilla Sheikh Mosque, Mausoleum of the Saint Abu Bakr Kaffal Shashi and the Islamic Institute of Imam al-Bukhari. Then we'll go for see the local's life at Chorsu Bazaar.

Next, you're going to ride Tashkent subway train with the guide, at the same time, see well-designed subway stations, which are must sees in Tashkent as well. Taking the subway to city center and meeting your driver there, we'll then go to Independence Square, the vital square with the monument of Uzbekistan's independence; and Amir Timur Park, where a statue of Amir Timur, the founder of strong Timurid Dynasty (1370-1507 AD), stands. We'll visit State Museum of Applied Art lastly, to see the countless artifacts of this country.

Day 2 Take a flight to Urgench, Drive to Khiva, Khiva city tour
You'll have a transfer by the driver to Tashkent airport, where you will take a 1 hour and 40 minutes' flight to Urgench. On arrival in Urgench, your local driver will send you to Khiva, today's destination.

After checking in the hotel, the guide will lead you to Khiva's inner city - Ichan Kala, a world heritage with a lot of old architecture to have a walking tour. We'e going to visit Mukhammad Amin Khan Madrasah, Mukhammad Rahimkhan Madrasah, and the unique minaret Kalta Minor outside there. Juma Mosque with a number of wooden carved pillars, Toshkhovli Palace, and Pakhlavan Makhmud Mausoleum are all the splendid sites in Ichan Kala on today's sightseeing list. We will go up to the top of Islom Khodja Minaret then, and have a panoramic view of Khiva city at Kunya-Ark, the historical fort and the once residence of Khiva's rulers.

Day 3 Drive to Bukhara, Stop at Kyzylkum Desert
On the 3rd day, the driver will drive you along the Silk Road to Bukhara 480km (300 miles) away. En route, travel through Kyzylkum Desert by Amudarya River. Kyzylkum is an extremely vast desert in Central Asia, and we will stop for a while to admire the wide sandy field as well as Amudarya River. 7-8 hours after setting off, we'll get to Bukhara.

Day 4 Full day tour to Old Bukhara
Escorted by a local guide, you will walk to visit attractions in Old Bukhara, as these sites are quite close to each other. In this world heritage city, Lyabi Hauz Ensemble is the first we're to visit, housing diverse restaurants, art galleries and souvenir shops. Then, Magoki-Attori Mosque and Chor-Minor Madrasah, which are great Islamic constructions. We'll also go to the market center Trade Domes, madrasahs of Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan, Kalyan Minaret and Kalyan Mosque. After that, one of Old Bukhara's oldest madrasahs - Miri-Arab Madrasah built in the 16th century. Ark Fortress, Bolo Khauz Mosque famous for the carved wood pillars, Samanid Mausoleum, and Chashma Ayub Mausoleum are nice sites to learn local Islamic culture.

Day 5 Bukhara half day tour
Your guide and your driver will take you to Summer Palace, also called Sitorai Mohi Hosa, the resort of last emir. It appears to be a European style building from outside, but is decorated in a Central Asian manner inside. Next, we'll go to the mausoleum and necropolis of Bahauddin Naqshabandiy, the memorial complex taken to be a serene religious sanctuary. Finally visit Chor-Bakr Necropolis. With many graves of Juibar sheikhs, it is also known as the city of the dead.

Day 6 Drive to Safari Yurt Camp with a stop at Gijduvan and Nurata
We'll go to Safari Yurt Camp 4 hours' drive away. On the way, stop over at Gijduvan pottery masters workshop, where we're going to see various pottery artifacts. We will also make a stop at Nurata to visit the local mosque and the holy spring. It is said a meteorite fell down to the ground and then the spring appeared. The last stopover is Nurata pass, to appreciate petroglyphs, the rock paintings, and take pictures. On arrival at Safari Yurt Camp, we will arrange a camel ride. Dinner is served at the camp while you enjoying local folk songs. We'll stay overnight in the tent in the desert.

All meals are included on the tour today. But we suggest you to take some food of your own, for there is no restaurant or shop near the camp.
Day 7 Visit Aidarkul Lake, Drive to Samarkand
In the morning, you'll be transferred to Aidarkul Lake, which is worthy of the name "The Blue Pearl" indeed. You'll definitely marvel at the blue water with some grassy islets. You can enjoy some leisure time strolling around the lake. In the afternoon, drive to Samarkand, which will take 5 hours.

Day 8 Samarkand full day tour with Registan Square
You'll be guided to Registan Square in the center of Samarkand city. Surrounded by three madrasahs, it is a main attraction in the city. Then we'll visit Siyob Bazzar, Bibi Khanym Mosque, the historically largest Ulugbek Observatory in Central Asia, Shakhi-Zinda Necropolis - the pilgrimage site of Central Asian Muslims, and the royal complex Gur-Emir Mausoleum of Timur the Great.

Day 9 Samarkand highlights tour, Take a high-speed train to Tashkent
We will go to Afrasiab Museum first today, to learn the history of Samarkand. Then we'll visit the Tomb of Saint Daniel, and watch the traditional making process of Samarkand paper at Koni Ghil village. Some time will be left for you to explore Koni Ghil on your own. In the afternoon, the driver will send you to the train station for you to go back to Tashkent by high-speed train. 2h 10min later, you'll arrive and be picked up by the driver in Tashkent and sent to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 10 Departure from Tashkent, Airport see-off
