Day 5 Teriberka Day Tour
Today we will drive to Teriberka, a small town by the Arctic Ocean. You will learn about the history of this place, and enjoy the beautiful scene of Barents Sea and a magnificent waterfall flowing into the Arctic Ocean. This is also where the movie Leviathan was filmed. In winter, it is night all the time with no sun or dawn. In winter and early spring, there is usually a lot of snow in Teriberka, so if we go to the Arctic coast, we need to book sleds powered by snowmobile in advance, and the rental fee is pay-as-you-go.
Tips: The road to Teriberka may be closed because of the bad weather. If that happens, we have an alternative offer, the Snow Village and you need to pay 18 USD extra charge.
