The Mahavira Hall is the main building of Lingyin Temple, built in a terrace and separated from the formal entrance Hall of Heavenly Kings by a large courtyard.

Initially established during the Eastern Jin Dynasty near the Peak Flown From Afar, Lingyin Temple (Temple of Soul's Retreat) is more than 1,600 years old, being one of the ten well-known Zen temples in China. Now, it has become a garden style complex and a thriving Buddhist shrine for visitors and tourists, hiding among tranquil hills and woods.

Hi

how much will to cost to travel from Hangzhou east train station to Xiao Shan airport by taxi? I know this is the easiest way but is it the best?

Yes, taxi is the easiest transportation. But the cost is a little high. I'm afraid the driver takes a roundabout. If you bargain with the diver, the cost could be around CNY80. But if the taxi is metered, the cost might be more than CNY100. It takes about 40 minutes from the east railway station to the airport.

The cheapest way: Just go to Wulinmen to take the Hangzhou Airoport Shuttle Bus(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/zhejiang/hangzhou/airport-transportation.htm) . The cost is rmb20.

Hangzhou is in fall currently. It is reported that there will be flurry on the first two days of next week. The temperature is about 12C. However, the city will be a littel warmer from then on. You should wear warm sweater and coat.

I was told that the local Airport has van rental service, at 1/F of the exit hall.
