Underground Palace of Famen Temple Pictures
The Underground Palace is not open to the public until the year of 1987 during the reconstruction of the tower. It covers 31.84 square meters (104 feet). Being built in Tang Dynasty, it covers 31.84 square meters (104 feet) and combines the style of tombs of royal families and the Buddhism culture. It is the place where the four pieces of sarira were restored in ancient China. It was closed in the late Tang Dynasty. Now it is reconstructed following the old style.
