which month is the best to Guilin?

Hi,
What times do the buses go from Guilin to Longsheng and the cost ?
Also I need the times of the buses going from Guilin to Yangshuo?

Guilin Bus Terminus in Zhongshan Nanlu has buses to Longsheng county from 6:10-19:00 every 20 minutes. The whole journey is 2 hours.
Guilin-Yangshuo bus is easier to get, which can be found in Guilin Bus Terminus and Guilin Railway Station Square. Leaves every 15-30 minutes. Just go there and get in the bus.

We will be arriving in Guilin on Sept 30 and would like to take a one day boat trip to Yangshuo on October 1.

As we know that day is a national holiday we would like to know if we can book boat tickets in advance and where? We have tried the various travel websites but they seem to only sell multiday trips.
