Four people including a child of 6 years will be in Beijing. Looking for a cultural event such as Peking Opera, acrobats or other event which would hold the interest of the child.

Hello，I have ever been to Beijing. The Chinese Kongfu is interesting for child. The Red Theater, which is located at the No.44 Xingfu Dajie Chongwen District, is the most popular Kongfu Show in Beijing.

HI... what is the best way to get to the forbidden city from Beijing airport and how long does it take if my plane touch down around 9am ? My next connecting flight is at 1am the next day, any other recommended places that I should visit ?

You could take the airport express to reach Dongzhimen Station firstly, and transfer to subway line 2, then change to subway line 1 at Jianguomen Station, get off from Subway line 1 at Tiananmen East Station, you will reach Tiananmen Square, and it takes at most 1 hour for the transportation. You may visit Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City which are the significant attractions.

Is there any festival in beijing on 1 november 2009?

No special festival on that day. But, some young generation may celebrate the Halloween on Oct 31 at pubs or hotels. Not popular in China.
