Sun Moon Lake

Anyone can recommand reasonable accommodation ( hotel or B&B) for my visit to Sun Moon Lake next month ? kindly advise

You can choose Hotel Del Lago, located at No.101, Zhongshan Road, Shuishe Village.

Hi, I am planning to go to Taichung.

ETA from Taoyuan Airport at 2a.m. Is there a direct bus going there?
If none, can you suggest the fastest means of transportation going there and how?
Based on my research, THSR is advisable however I am unable to find a website with English language to check the schedule of the trip.

As I know, no train or bus is available at that time. The first bus you can catch leaves at 5:30, and the first normal train at 6:05, first bullet train at 6:51.

Well, you can walk to City Hall Station to take Bannan Line to Taipei Railway Station. And then take the train to Taichung. After that, walk to Xinwuri Station and bus 2153 to Chenggong Station and then transfer to Bus 510 to Shalu. Take the same route back.
Then I’d like to provide the time table.
To Shalu:
Bannan Line: 6:00-0:10; Train to Tai Chung: 6:30-23:00.
Back:
Bannan Line: 6:00-0:45; Train to Taipei: 6:30-23:09.

Yes, you can take bus no.1819 night line to the Main Railway Station which will take around 55 minutes. Then you may take a taxi to your final destination. Here are the detailed schedules.
T1:
Operating Times: 00:10 - 05:00
Frequency: Before 2:30: 10 - 15 minutes; After 2:30: 30 minuites
Ticket Fare: CNY125/person
T2:
Operating Times: 00:00 - 04:50
Frequency: Before 2:20: 10 - 15 minutes; After 2:20: 30 minuites
Ticket Fare: CNY125/person
In addition, about the weather, it was rainy on 25th and 26th, March, and tends to be cloudy from 27th to 29th. The temperature may range from 65F to 75F during these days
