What is the taxi fare from Phoenix airport to Sanya Shangri-la and from Shangri-la to Phoenix Island

Is downtown Sanya walkable? Such as from Phoenix Island to Seafood market.

Airport to Hotel: CNY 140 to 160
Hotel to Phoenix Island: CNY 130 to 150
Yes, it is walkable. The distance is about 2 kilometers.
