Hello, I’m Vera Yu, a travel consultant of TravelChinaGuide (abbr. TCG). I joined this big family since 2014 after graduating from university. My work is organizing tour itineraries for our clients who would like to visit China. Since I came to TCG, I have learned a lot from my experienced colleagues and have helped many overseas visitors have a memorable China tour.

I'm living in Xi'an now and love the city very much. I came to Xi'an when I joined university in the year of 2010. Speaking of Xi'an, you must have heard about the Terracotta Warriors which is the eighth wonder in the world. It is really a great masterpiece from our ancestors. Many of my clients are quite impressed. If you would like to visit Xi'an some day, it is a highlight that you should not miss.

I'm an extrovert and enthusiastic girl. I like watching movies in my spare time, especially English movies. I'm very relaxed during that time and it is also a good way for me to learn the cultures of foreign countries. Maybe it is not that comprehensive, but is an easy way.

Besides, I like travelling. Travel is a good way to get refreshed and broaden my horizon. During each trip, I turn off my cell phone and keep far away from the internet. I can forget the bad things and just enjoy the leisure time. From the moment I start a journey, all the trifles will be locked. During the travel, I can kill my time slowly to have a good rest. It is a window for me to know a different world, meet various people, and experience different life styles. All of these make my world get bigger and bigger. Luckily, I have found a job related to the things I love.

China, as is well known to us all, is one of the four ancient civilized countries in the world. It is a big country with vast territory and abundant resources. When you come here, you can not only experience the long history in some cities like Beijing and Xi'an, but also enjoy the beautiful natural scenery in Guilin, Zhangjiajie, etc. Besides, you can feel the modernization in destinations like Shanghai and Guangzhou. There is so much waiting for you here in China. If there is a chance, I would like to visit every part of China in the future. Up to now, I have visited Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao, Suzhou and Chongqing. Every place has its own uniqueness and I enjoyed my time during my stay in these places.
