My name is Tina. It is a great honor to have this opportunity to introduce myself. I was born in Xi'an, and graduated from Xi'an University of Finance and Economics. I have been working at TravelChinaGuide as a travel consultant since graduation in 2007. Now I am a customer service agent at the Customer Service Department.

I have broad interests, including music, painting, reading, surfing the Internet, but traveling is my greatest pleasure. This is why I work at a travel agency. As the saying goes ‘traveling thousands of miles is better than reading thousands of books.’ I believe that traveling can broaden the mind, enrich your experience, and even change your attitudes towards life. You learn numerous things that cannot be read in books through traveling.

I have been to several places, such as Beijing, Chongqing, Yangtze River, Kunming, and Lijiang. During my trips, I can meet and make friends with different people and enjoy a taste of the local culture and customs. My journey to Yunnan province is the most memorable experience of my life. Yunnan is a magic land full of beautiful scenery and rich ethnic flavor. During my excursion, I saw the Stone Forest, Erhai Lake, Lijiang Old Town, and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The hospitable local people and valuable experience will be one of the best memories of my life.

China is a great country and a visit to China is a life-long dream for many people. It is a great pleasure for us to help our valued customers fulfill their dreams and their happiness and satisfaction are our greatest pursuits. When I worked as a Travel Consultant, it was very interesting to communicate with different people and help them with their journey to our beautiful country. During which, I got laughter, sensation, depression, encouragement as well as friendship from my clients.  Now as a customer service staff, our work is to deal with our clients’ feedback and assist in the website development and daily maintenance. After the tour, most of the clients are willing to provide comments to share their beautiful pictures and memorable experience with us. We place great importance on every complaint and suggestion from our clients, which can help us to improve and offer improved service to our future clients. I am very proud of my job and feel very happy to be recognized and appreciated by our customers. Hopefully everyone traveling to China will have a fantastic journey with cherished memories.
