I am pleased to have this opportunity to introduce myself and convey how I feel about working as a tour operator with TravelChinaGuide.

This has been my first and only job since I left university and I love the work and the lifestyle it affords me. Optimistic and easy going, I adore trying new things and travelling makes this possible for it broadens one’s knowledge and offers the opportunity to see wondrous and beautiful scenery. So far, I have visited Beijing, Chongqing, Yichang and Anhui as well as going on the famous Yangtze River Cruise. While I am very familiar with the tourist attractions in and around Xi'an, my greatest wish is to travel to more distant and exciting places.

In my spare time I like to read, listen to music, watch movies and meet up with my friends. I enjoy cooking and extending my knowledge of Chinese cuisine. I go to the gym at least twice a week in order to maintain a fit and healthy body.

One of the joys of my work as a tour operator is the fact that I am able to communicate with people from all over the world. The work is challenging and requires great care to ensure that tour arrangements run smoothly with particular attention to time tables, client’s needs and circumstances when there are changes affecting flights or rail travel due to delays or cancellations. This requires me as tour organiser to be resourceful and quick thinking using all my ingenuity in solving urgent issues to ensure every client has a smooth and joyful tour.

I always work hard and my motto is ‘take nothing for granted’. For the majority of tourists coming to China is a lifetime experience. This requires a reliable and scrupulous travel agent. I am proud of the fact that in the past years I have been with the company, I have never let a client down.

There have been many happy moments for me during this time. This may be a friendly greeting from a client, or when I have received a small and unexpected gift as a token of appreciation. Above all it is when clients say how happy they are on their tour. I often get to meet clients in person when they visit Xi'an. Some tell me that it is their second or even third visit to China with us and that it is great as usual. Some are surprised at the way we can respond quickly to their questions, while others say that their anxiety about using us for the first time is dispelled once they have been met at the airport. I cherish the trust and faith of all our clients and will continue to strive to help in the fulfilment of each client’s dream of a great China tour!

Dear Juan,

Appreciate your attention to our tours. During June and July, it will be hot, with the average temperature of 25C (77F) or a little higher. Summer clothes are highly suggested to be taken along. The itinerary is just a framework. To your demand, we will tailor the most suitable one for you. Therefore, you can certainly ask the tour guide and driver to stay a little longer at a certain scenic spot. If you need further help, please send email at travelchinaguide.com|tours
We would provide the best service for you.

Happy New Year and kindest regards!

Sophie
