Dear reader, welcome to TravelChinaGuide! My English name is Christina, a native girl from the beautiful ancient city of Xi'an. In 2014, after graduation from Xi'an International Studies University with a bachelor's degree in Business English, I fortunately joined this warm and specialized group in a campus recruitment. I appreciate being a member of this elite team as a booking consultant.

The home environment is really helpful in creating my honest, optimistic and independent character. I was born of a peasant family. My parents taught me not to trust doomed fate fatuously. We should hold our destiny in our own hands. Nobody can make an achievement accidently. People’s success comes from their perseverance and hard work. As a Chinese saying goes “Diligence is the truth”. I firmly believe that our happy life replies on our hard work. In school, I studied hard to get good results. At work, I also study hard to widen my horizon, enhance the competition and try hard to be helpful when customers ask me for help. I sincerely wish I could always be a strong-minded and independent girl in the future.

When I was a little girl, our farmland was developed for grassland of a golf club and our family kept a general store to earn our living. I often help my mom sell goods and learn how to be friendly to others. Every time I talk with neighbors or customers with a smile on my face, I can feel their goodness and positive reaction too. In my mind, just a little smile can also make people’s world brighter. Now I know more about the importance of service with a smile in my daily work. Even for online communication and telephone conversations, I think our clients also could feel our smile and sincerity.

As a travel consultant, we always feel pleased and honored to hear how our clients enjoyed their trips in China and recommended our good service to their friends. These are our precious feedback since our services are recognized by others. There is also a great memory that an American client told me after his enquiry “Thanks for your help, Christina. You speak good English. Are you in China or America?” I am very proud to answer him “We are TravelChinaGuide. Sure thing, we are in China.” When he heard we have a local office in Xi'an, he told us excitedly that he would visit our office since his second stop is Xi'an. Our clients are from all over the world. They are nice, brave and humorous. It is really pleasant to talk with them. I love my job. It makes me happy and more knowledgeable. There are many memorable experiences in my daily work. I will put more effort into it to make a difference in the future.

I am a girl who likes eating delicious food and travelling around beautiful places. Once I get an opportunity, I will not hesitate to explore a new life in different places. How about you?
