Hello, my name is Abbey Cheng. I am a bright and professional travel consultant who has been working with TravelChinaGuide.com since 2008. It is a pleasure for me to introduce myself to our valued foreign travelers. I hope to offer our best service to them and help them explore China and know more about Chinese people and their culture.
My major in college is English. The reason I chose English was for its beautiful tone. I watched a lot of foreign movies in my spare time. Besides movies, I have always liked to play basketball. However, as I am not tall, I gave it up. I loved jogging, but I was afraid to get muscly legs, so I changed. As long as I can remember, the hobby I always had is English. I, therefore, enjoy my work and like to communicate with our clients. I sincerely care for their requests, responding promptly and efficiently, and then helping them achieve the best itinerary. I can also learn from them. It has been an absolute pleasure working for them.
One of my clients said it was a nice and unexpected bonus to meet me in Xi’an. They liked my easy-going character and optimistic attitude and I admired their talkative and decisive personality. They were really so lovely and pleasant.
Some clients have given me appreciation letters. Their big smile and encouragement really touch me deeply. I can feel their happiness and satisfaction from the bottom of my heart. When they are so pleased to share their fantastic holiday experience with me and give me positive comments, I can feel nothing but deep encouragement.
Although we do our best to avoid any problems happening during the tour, occasional urgent situations occur that need prompt communication with the clients to solve the problems immediately. One of my clients twisted his ankle when he swam during his free time. To make sure he was well, I paid a visit to him at the hotel and brought him fruits and greetings as soon as I heard such bad news. Being the girl I am, I always feel responsible for my clients and it is my duty to make sure they have a safe and wonderful trip in China.
Our TCG members are an efficient team and I have a good relationship with my colleagues. We always cooperate with each other very well. Sometimes, we get together to have dinner at a colleague’s home, or sing for celebration. These memorable moments are treasured by all of us.
There is a Chinese saying, "It is better to travel 10,000 miles than to read 10,000 books." We are looking forward to your visit. Welcome to China.
