TIN registration
I'm an Ethiopian citizen currently living in Guangzhou for my Master's study. Can I register for TIN (Tax Identification Number) at our embassy in Beijing or the consulate general office in Guangzhou? If there are other options too, please let me know.

I advice you go to try it first at your consulate in Guangzhou. Even if they could not do it for you, they should give you the solutions.
