China Visa Applications at CVASC in Denmark
From Nov. 8, 2024 till the end of 2025, China will implement a 15-day visa-free policy to Denmark citizens. Ordinary passports holders may enter China for business, tourism, family visits and transit purposes without the need to apply a visa.
All visa applications in Denmark should be made through Application Service Center (CVASC).
Procedure
1. Prepare all required documents and material by refering to the website of CVASC and ensure they are genuine and credible.
2. Fully fill out the Application Form. You can complete the form online and print it out, or download blank form first, and fill it out by hand.
3. Obtain queue number upon arrival at the center and submit your application when your number is called.
4. Pick up your visa on the collection day and pay the fees.
Note:
1. The center does not accept postal applications at present.
2. The Center hopes that applicants complete the application form online so that the applications can be handed quickly.
3. The Embassy has the right to request the applicant to provide additional supporting documents or to come to the Embassy for an interview.
4. Please carefully check all the printed information on your visa when you collect your passport (including your name's spelling, birthday, nationality, number of entry, period of validity and duration of stay as well as the number and validity of your passport before departure). If you have any queries about it, you should report it to the counter staff immediately. You will be responsible for any consequences arising afterwards.

ReplyWe are 30 children & 8 adults, can we apply for a group visa?
We have been invited as a group to participate in a choir festival for one week. Is it possible to apply as a group? If not, is it possible to hand in all applications together? Do each individual have to show up on the embassy for finger print and pick up of visa?
What kind of visa do we need?
Thank you.

Maria, you cannot apply as a group because the "Group Visa" is issued to tourist group members. You may appoint one to hand in all applications together if all of you have already had your fingerprints collected in Copenhagen visa center or are exempt from fingerprints collection. If not, each of you need to show up at the embassy for fingerprinting and visa application submission, but their visa can be picked up together by one person.
If you are invited by a government-related association or school, you can apply for F visa.

ReplyFingerprints in Copenhagen for swede?
Dear Service team, I’m living in Malmö Sweden, very close to Copenhagen. Can I apply for my VISA and do my fingerprints in Copenhagen instead of in Gothenburg? It would be so much easier for me.
All the best/Nils

Hi, as I know, if you submit the application by post, the result would be mailed back to you by the CVASC. You can try to go there to pick up the result and you can do that on the other person's behalf.
