Visa Exemption Policy for Armenians

Armenian citizens, staying in China for no more than 90 days per 180 days, are exempted from visa. But this policy is only available for Armenians who come to China for travelling, visiting relatives and more. For those who stay for more than 90 days every 180 days or engage in work, study, settlement, news reporting and other activities, visa is required.

Visa Fees in AMD

Effective from Dec. 11, 2023 to Dec. 31, 2024.

Expedited Service Fee per Person

Normally, the regular service takes 5 days processing. Expedited service with an additional fee is available.

Rush service, one working day processing	7,000
Express service, two working days processing	5,000

Does this visa-free policy allow multiple entries within the same 90-day period?

If you re-enter, it will be considered another entry and you can stay for another 90 days.

No. As I know, the visa-free stay can not be over 90 days within 180 days.

Visa Application

Hello ! Is it possible to apply for a visa from Yerevan although we are French nationals and non - Armenian residents ?

If you can offer the original and photocopy of your local legal status (work visa, study visa or residence permit), then it is possible for you to apply. Anyway, applying in France is still more recommended.

Im Armenian citizen, currently Im in Malaysa, is it possible for me to enter China for tourism purpose? Do I need visa?

I'm afraid no. China has not opened to tourists after covid.
