Location: Wenzhou Longwan International Airport lies in the Longwan District of the city, around 14 miles (22 kilometers) from the downtown area.

Brief Intro: Opened in 1990, it was formerly named Yongqiang Airport and received the current name in 2013. Aside from Wenzhou, the Longwan Airport serves other nearby cities like Taizhou, Lishui and Ningde. It occupies an area of 9 acres (3.5 hectares) and consists of the Domestic and International Terminals which are connected together. To date, 40 airlines collaborate with the airport operating flights to 99 destinations, 19 of which are international cities including Taipei, Hong Kong and Inchon.
