Crisp Moon Cake (Shi Gu Brand) is made of extract flour, cream, stuffing of rose flavor, sweet-scented osmanthus flavor and very tasty sweet snacks. Sweet-smelling Penang Dasheen is rich in fecula, protein, fat and multi-vitamin, and Penang Dasheen is a very special local product in Hengyang. In addition, local fruits such as Qi Dong persimmon, Qi Dong Chufa, Bai Tang (white sugar) plum, Chinese gooseberry (kiwi fruit), Hengshan Chinese date are all very nutritious and tasty.

Besides, Hengshan as a city boasts of its wine production. For those who feel like drinking wine, it is really a good place. Hu Zhi Liquor has been regarded as the tribute wine since North Wei Dynasty (386 - 534) and is good in taste. Zhang Fei Jiu (Liquor) uses the choice sticky rice as the material for making wine and thus has a full taste and excellent fragrance. Yan Jing Beer is a kind of alcohol that is popular among youngsters.
