It needs a transfer. First, take a bullet train to Guiyang East, then a city bus to Guiyang North or Guiyang Railway Station to catch another bullet train to Anshun. It may take 5-6h and CNY 400-450.

Longchang in Sichuan? It's far far away from Zhijin in Bijie, Guizhou and it takes about 6 hours by train. All I know about Pingba in March is that there is the cherry farm welcoming its flower season, which is the biggest cherry farm in the world.

Yes, they will be blossoming at that time.

You can take a high speed train from Anshun West to Pingba South, which only takes about 15 minutes. After that, take a regular bus to Machang Town, the bus operates from 8:00 to 20:00 with an interval about 30 minutes. Then take the Bus Line 7 from the town to the farm, the bus operates from 08:00 to 18:00 at an interval of 30 mins.
